EHV Packages
Our team has thoughtfully designed three turn-key wedding packages, each for 20-50 guests*, making it easy and enjoyable to plan a very special marriage celebration. Each package allows you to make choices to create a wedding that reflects your style and personality. We also understand that you may wish to customize your wedding even a bit more, adding additional items and bespoke details—no problem, we will be very happy to accommodate your requests.
Please know that we are committed to making you and your guests feel welcome and comfortable and will implement any precautions, required based on New York State and CDC guidelines or preferred, to optimize your safety.
* If your guest list is more than 50 guests, let’s discuss. Our policy will follow CDC and New York State guidelines but we’ll be happy to accommodate more guests if guidelines permit.
Wedding & Brunch
10:30 - 2:00
Say “I do” at a late-morning wedding ceremony surrounded by your family and closest friends. Then celebrate your nuptials over brunch and bellinis, overlooking the Hudson River. The sun is glorious; can you feel the breeze and hear the birds?
Wedding & Tea
3:00 - 6:30
Gather your select friends and family for your mid-afternoon wedding ceremony. Then celebrate your union with an English-style Afternoon Tea on the lawn, the Hudson River your backdrop. The Hudson meets The Thames. So chic.
wedding & Supper
4:30 - 8:30
Exchange your marriage vows at a late-afternoon ceremony witnessed by your closest family and friends. Then toast to your marriage over an alfresco supper, under the oaks, overlooking the spectacular Hudson River. You’ll want to dine this way all the time after this!

Wedding Venue, including restrooms for outdoor locations
Planning with Elizabeth Allen Events and dedicated on-site coordination throughout the event.
Décor by Lewis Miller Design including a ceremony arch or chuppah, bridal bouquet, maid of honor bouquet, groom boutonnière, best man boutonnière, table centerpieces.
Food and Beverages by Marcey Brownstein Catering including guest arrival/pre-ceremony beverage, a three-course meal paired with beverages, wait staff and culinary staff. (No bars or buffets due to CV-19)
Photography by Meredith Heuer Photography to document getting ready, formal photos, ceremony, toasts, cake cutting and wonderful candid moments throughout the wedding.
Wedding Cake by Margaret Braun: two-tier cake with Italian buttercream frosting.
Live music ensemble for ceremony and background music for celebration (acoustic).
Electronic Invitation and Letterpress printed menu cards and place cards by Sloane Design.
Live simulcast of wedding ceremony to remote family and friends.
